With graduation just around the corner, we were so happy to sneak in Kelsey’s Senior Portraits. She had formals taken earlier but was still wanting some casual portraits, especially some great head shots for Sorority Rush. She met us as the sun was coming up and she still looked this great! We wish her well in all her future endeavors!

We were so excited when Laura suggested a “four season” shoot for Christabel. It’s always fun to have a new experience and Christabel was a perfect little actress for it. We continue to enjoy each shoot we have with her and always look forward to the next idea!

“Sisters are different flowers from the same garden” and these sisters are amazing flowers. They each have such a distinct personality and were so quick to reveal it, it was heartwarming. There was an initial shyness, but it was very quickly replaced with an enthusiasm and they each shined. We had such a great time out at the Collierville Square with them and after a few reschedules, we knew we were held off for a reason…the weather was amazing! It was a great evening spent with 3 lovely girls and we are pretty sure they were rewarded with ice cream after…Win-Win!!!!‬

Birthdays are a big deal around our house. Our baby girl just turned 4 and that is a BIG deal! She is still our baby but is no longer a baby at all. She has a great little personality and is so much fun! We have loved watching her turn into a lovely little girl, funny faces and all. We couldn’t let her birthday pass without an updated portrait! We love her tons.

We had an amazing time with Catherine and Lawrence. Engagement sessions are always a fun way to get to know a couple. We met up at the Botanic Gardens on a still officially winter day, but with amazing weather. Everything is blooming early and it is getting warmer. Catherine and Lawrence are so sweet and when they look at each other or just talk, you can just see their connection. We can’t wait for their wedding. Hopefully all the groomsmen will cooperate and go get their tuxes!!!

Ashley and Russ are like old friends now. We have shot their wedding, done extended family shots, their first son’s pictures when he was a young 4 days old, and even eaten dinner at Ashley’s mom’s house! When we found out they were having twins, yes, TWINS we were beyond hopeful that they would be contacting us. Sawyer and Beckett are just over a month old and we had so much fun with them. They have an amazing big brother, Jack, who is learning to like us. We loved the faces that the boys flashed for us and were so excited when they actually used our “mustachifiers.” We had several good laughs with Russ and Ashley and were sad to leave, although we had worn the boys out!
