Gracie has been babysitting for us for a while now and we (and our kiddos) have grown so fond of her. Since we’ve known her she dated and got engaged to Ryan. The wedding planning started and we watched them make the day theirs, but keeping it simple. While driving to the wedding Gracie texts us “the church has no power” Once we arrived it was confirmed. Gracie and Ryan took it in stride and didn’t let it damper their spirits at all. The ceremony ended up being amazing, the bridesmaids walked down with their bouquets and their flashlights! It was so intimate by candlelight and at the end of the day, they were Mr. and Mrs. Gordon. They showed off their amazing wedding party by doing a great reception entrance performance. They had a packed dance floor all night. Tara even got caught dancing a bit! It was a great party and celebration!

Katie and Matt sealed the deal! We have had two amazing engagement sessions with them, one in the snow and one in the floods. They braved the 100+ weather on their wedding day with us without a complaint. They are amazing. They had a day filled with beautiful flowers, amazing colors, great friends and family, and a union based on their faith. It was a gorgeous way to celebrate the beginning of their life together. They were a blast from start to finish and we hope to see more of them as their lives continue to progress.

Linda and Andrew had a chance encounter on Linda’s first internship, Andrew doesn’t remember meeting Linda and she giggles as she tells the story. On the second internship, Andrew clearly remember Linda falling asleep during his presentation! Their first meetings were fate, that brought them full circle to a beautiful wedding. They are so adorable together and they get so caught up in each other it’s as if no one is around. Their day represented them so well, from the bright colors, their first dance to “Nothing Else Matters”, and their friends surrounding them. We hope they always get lost in each other as they do now.

The first engagement session with Katie and Matt was in the snow and their second in the floods. We headed downtown to play a little guitar and take some pictures. Katie had her first experience playing with Matt and was mastering Beatles songs in no time! They are so playful and fun to be around. We are looking forward to their wedding on the 4th.
