Wesleigh is nothing short of a miracle. Each newborn is, but Wesleigh has a mom who survived breast cancer and lived to have a sweet baby after. Stephanie is a now learning to survive a new stage in her life, motherhood! Stephanie and Jeffrey welcomed us into their home to capture Wesleigh and them in their element, learning to be a family, and doing an amazing job at it. Wesleigh is one very lucky little girl!

Rachel, Zach, and Madie Grace were just with us not too long ago for maternity pictures. Rachel was positive that we would meet Sterling VERY soon after that. Sterling, however, had a different plan and hung in there as long as she could! We were so happy to meet their second daughter. Rachel has such an amazing gift for finding unique items. The girls room is a folk theme and she showed up with this awesome rug and amazing paintings by a local artist. Sterling was so nice to us and let us move her around quite a bit without getting too grumpy, amazing for being just 5 days old. Sterling even showed us that she knows how to smile. Madie Grace is a natural at being a big sister….we have a feeling there will be many sister secrets. Zach has it made now with 3 beautiful girls in his life!

She’s here! We got notice that Sweet Caroline had made her arrival, was home, settled, and ready for her first photo shoot. Caroline was wide awake for us and seemed to look right into the camera a few times. She’s a natural! As always, it was so nice to chat with Wes and MeLeah. They had such an ease about them with Caroline, it’s always so neat to watch couples turn into families. Don’t they look like a happy family?

It’s always so neat to see how new parents look at their first child. Matt and Lindsay were beaming with pride as they introduced their son, Dane to us. He is certainly a handsome little boy and was so great for the session. His pacifier sums up what Matt thinks of his wife. Dane was so cooperative and gave us some bright eyes while he was awake and then dozed off for us as well! He was the perfect model. His nursery is decorated so cute in all elephants, Roll Tide!
