month: April 2011

We were so happy to meet up with the Leatherwood family again. Their family has grown since the last time we saw them. They have 2 little boys added to the mix and they were both such sweethearts. They smiled almost the whole time, then we found out bribery was involved, candy! It works. We love watching families grow and change.

The Class of 2011 is finishing up their year. Mitchell contacted us for senior pictures as he will soon be graduating. With his passion for music and art we thought meeting at Brooks Museum and then finishing up at Hi Tones would be perfect. Mitchell was a natural, he has this great artist look and feel about him. He even sketched for a little bit. He’s a young man who knows what he likes and wants and we’re excited for the new adventures that are ahead for him.

We love when our clients know what they want. Andrew and Linda live out of town and were coming into town for a visit. They will be getting married here next month. We asked what they were looking for in an engagement session. They came back with a fairy tale, castle request and we were on a mission to find that….in Memphis! We met early in the morning and got to watch the sunrise together. It was a great time and Andrew and Linda were so sweet together. It’s so nice to watch couples interact and laugh, just being who they are. Andrew and Linda did exactly that!

We had an amazing turn out for our Wildflowers mini session. We want to thank all the parents for bringing us their sweet girls. It was a little chilly, but they were all up for it. We had beautiful smiles, sweet outfits, and amazing little models. It was such a good time, we hope to do it again soon. Keep an eye out for more mini sessions and if you have an idea for another one just leave us a comment!
