It seems like yesterday that Zach and Rachel were getting married. We have since photographed them as a family many times and everytime we are reminded of how much fun they are. Madie Grace is their sweet little girl, who will be entering into many new roles this year …. big sister and kindergartner! Rachel and Zach are expecting another little girl, Sterling and we couldn’t be more thrilled for them. We started off inside and then headed out to Shelby Farms for some outdoor shots as well. At first Madie Grace hid behind her mom and dad and could not wait to get her awesome green dress on. At the end of the session she was posing and dancing! By the way if you are ever out walking in clovers and need someone to look out for the bees you would have a hard time finding someone better than Madie Grace. We can’t wait to meet Sterling!

There is not a better compliment than to have a sibling from a previous wedding couple wanting you to shoot their own wedding, that is exactly what we got with Blair and Josh. They both think that Todd looks like Clint, who is a previous groom and Blair’s older brother. We met up downtown and were excited to see a different side of Memphis. It’s always fun to watch couples go from a little bit of hesitation in front of the camera to loosening up, to completely enjoying it. We found a lot of different things downtown, from blue astroturf to an old abandoned car, it was a great time!

Tracy and Brian braved the Memphis BBQ Fest crowd downtown to meet us for their engagement pictures. Downtown is always an adventure, but Tracy and Brian made it even more of one. They are truly a couple that laughs together, from silly faces to tickling, they’ve constantly got one another cracking up. They have some downtown connections, from their hook up at Rendezvous to their good friend Brad who has a horse and carriage! We had a blast hanging out and laughing with them.
